Unit45 and Globe Tracker enter partnership on smart refrigerated containers

Unit45, the intermodal container manufacturing company, has teamed up with Globe Tracker International in a deal to develop smart refrigerated containers.

Globe Tracker International is a company specialising in supply chain visibility and will begin working relations shortly with Unit45, which manufactures 45-foot containers.

The new containers will combine data from the refrigeration unit with data collected from wireless sensors reporting condition and security variables from both inside and outside the container.
