Fos selects Navis system for IT upgrade
Eurofos has chosen the N4 operating system as part of ongoing modernisation at its Fos-sur-Mer container terminal in the south of France.
The package is offered by Navis of California which claims the software and related technology, including the PrimeRoute and Expert Decking optimisation modules, will enable Fos to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, support evolving business requirements and gain a competitive advantage in the region.
Eurofos currently relies on an in-house system and outsourced IT support for its terminal operating system.
