Liebherr Container Cranes receives crane order from Australia
The Liebherr Group has announced a deal to supply four technically specialised cranes to Patrick Stevedores, Australia.
The order will see three articulated boom ship-to-shore container cranes (STS) delivered to the Port of Botany, Sydney meanwhile a further STS crane will be distributed to Fisherman’s Island in Brisbane.
The cranes recently completed the testing procedure in Liebherr’s Killarney facility in Ireland and have been specifically designed to operate within height restrictions, such as those that exist in Port Botany, located in close proximity to Sydney airport.
