Japanese logistics company Mitsui-Soko is close to a deal to buy Naha International Contianer Terminal (NICTI).
An agreement is expected to be reach some time in November 2015, according to media reports.
In April 2015, ICTSI sold its 60% stake in NICTI back to the company for US$856,000. The remaining 40% is owned by six local harbour transportation companies.
