Moín terminal may open with no road access
APM Terminals (APMT) has said it is concerned that the access road to its new container terminal in Moín, Costa Rica, will not be completed on time.
The 2.8 km Route 257 must be built as part of the concession agreement signed by the Costa Rican government with APM Terminals in February 2012.
However, the Ministry of Public Works officials admitted that they do not know how to finance the road’s construction or which company will build it.
