Well done Joe

CM truly does have an award winning team of journalists as demonstrated by Joe Lo winning the 2015 Seahorse Newcomer of the Year Award, which was sponsored by the TT Club.

The Seahorse Club journalist award ceremony was held at the Loose Cannon in All Hallows Lane, in London on Tuesday evening December 8 and was attended by around 200 people from a number of related companies and publications including a wide spectrum of trade press and international news media.

This year’s awards attracted entries from 70 journalists from the UK and overseas and Joe was presented with his award and a cheque for £550 for his recent article ‘A shore thing’ about ship-to-shore power, which is of great and growing interest to our readers. In the article, he speaks to both manufacturers of the technology and a range of its potential customers, terminal operators who have differing views on whether it is financially viable without public subsidy.
