Navis appoints new president
Cargotec has announced that Benoit de la Tour was appointed as the new president of Navis and Kalmar’s head of software business and as of February 1, 2016.
Once De la Tour has joined Navis, which together with Kalmar is part of Cargotec, the provider’s current interim CEO Rob Dillon will return to his role as CFO of the company.
De la Tour, whose last role was vice president and general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa at telecommunications networking supplier Ciena, has worked in developing global software business for more than 20 years.
