Work on DP World London logistics centre continues

DP World London Gateway has started construction of the second and final phase of its logistics centre.

The project’s second phase, which will be available for occupation from May 2017, includes building 180,000 sq ft of cross-dock distribution warehousing and office space.

Of this, 155,000 sq ft will be used for warehouse accommodation, 10,000 sq ft for conjoined office space and a separate 15,000 sq ft for office space available for occupation.
