South Korean carrier Hanjin Shipping has been declared bankrupt by a court months after filing for court receivership.
The Seoul Central District Court court said in a statement that it chose a bankruptcy administrator and creditors’ claims are due by May 1 this year.
The creditors’ first meeting is expected to be held on June 1, 2017.
