Kuehne + Nagel signs e-commerce agreement with Alibaba
Kuehne + Nagel has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Alibaba.com to provide China-based shippers with e-commerce logistics solutions.
The e-commerce partnership between the two companies currently includes only airfreight consignments and less-than-container-load (LCL) solutions.
The MoU will lead to closer cooperation with plans to expand the scope of logistics services in the near future to cover air, sea, rail and overland, as well as contract logistics outside China.
