Multi-temperature facility to be built at London Gateway

SH Pratt Group is to take a lease on a temperature-controlled distribution facility at DP World London Gateway, with construction to begin in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The fruit importer’s new business, Halo, will be located at the 108,555sq ft multi-chambered warehouse, handling multi-temperature products, before distributing them to the UK consumer market.

Located within the West Zone of the terminal’s logistics park, the facility will feature multiple temperature options, from frozen to ambient – enabling flexible multi-use – and IT systems to aid product monitoring.
