Macandrews and OPDR set to merge
Two CMA CGM subsidiaries, Macandrews and OPDR, will merge on January 1, 2018.
The two companies specialise in intra-European transport and will have their headquarters in Hamburg.
The merged company will have a presence in 16 countries. It will also have 36 agencies, 595 employees (310 from OPDR and 285 from Macandrews) and 18 services.
