CMA CGM completes acquisition of Mercosul
CMA CGM has announced that its acquisition of Brazilian container shipping company Mercosul is now complete.
Mercosul was established in 1996 and is a specialist in cabotage and “door-to-door” services in South America.
It serves more than 12 ports with its four 2,500 teu vessels and employs 130 people in Santos, Sao Paulo, Manus, Recife and Itajai.
