Federal police in Brazil have arrested one of the owners of Grupo Libra, a former president of Santos port authority (Codesp), the owner of Rodrimar and two friends of President Michel Temer in the latest scandal to rock the country.
The investigation concerns whether Temer took bribes in return for tilting a ports decree in favour of Libra and Rodrimar, which run terminals in the Port of Santos.
Among the arrested are Celina Torrealba, one of the owners of Grupo Libra, Wagner Rossi, a former president of Codesp, Antônio Celso Greco, owner of Rodrimar and José Yunes, friend and former adviser to Temer.
