Liebherr reachstackers up and running in Durban
The seven reachstackers Liebherr delivered to the Port of Durban have been operating 24/7 for over six months straight despite harsh environmental conditions.
Liebherr said that Transnet SOC Ltd, which ordered the LRS 545 units in December 2017, was still “very satisfied” with the machines performance.
The reachstackers were dispatched from Sunderland, Great Britain, and put into operation at the port in March 2018.
