Digital container exchange service reaches 200 members
The online platform Container xChange, which aims to tackle the issue of repositioning containers by digitising the process, has reached a total of 200 members.
xChange was launched in Hamburg, Germany in 2015 by Johannes Schlingmeier and Christian Roeloffs to allow carriers and logistics companies to interchange their empty boxes.
The aim of the platform is to help customers cut their operating costs and the environmental footprint.
