APMT Bahrain installs new weighbridges at Khalifa Bin Salman Port
APM Terminals (APMT) Bahrain has installed three new weighbridges at Khalifa Bin Salman Port in order to enhance its Verified Gross Mass (VGM) service offerings.
The new pit-mounted weighbridges, which include a combination of fully and semi-automated units, will be located at three different points with two IN weighbridges at the entry gate and one OUT weighbridge inside the container terminal.
The three new weighbridges are an addition to the two manually-operated weighbridges currently operational at Khalifa Bin Salman Port’s container terminal.
