Container volumes up by 5% at Valencia

The Port of Valencia handled more than 5m teu in the 12 months between November 2017 and October 2018, with volumes increasing by 4.8%.

Full containers advanced by 3% to 3.87m teu, mainly to a strong import performance, with full inbound containers rising 11%.

Transit containers were also up by 2% although full container exports maintained their downward trend, falling by 1% in the last 12 months.
