P&O Ferrymasters launches new intermodal services from Turkey to Rotterdam and Zeebrugge

Logistic solutions provider P&O Ferrymasters has launched new intermodal services that link Turkey to Rotterdam and Zeebrugge via the Free Port of Trieste in Italy and offer a transit time of less than a week.

The services will connect Turkey with Europe’s principal logistics hubs at Rotterdam and Zeebrugge with rail links from the port of Trieste and departures six times a week in both directions.

Wim Blomme, intermodal director at P&O Ferrymasters, said: “This new link between Turkey and our European network will give [customers] certainty on transit times and reduce their transport costs because of the partnerships we have put in place.”
