Khalifa Port opts for 60 Bromma spreaders for new ASCs
Khalifa Port Container Terminal has ordered 60 all-electric, single-lift spreaders for the automatic stacking cranes (ASCs) to be commissioned in its terminal expansion.
Vikram Raman, vice president of sales and service for Bromma in the EMEA region, stated that the repeat order proved “our equipment is performing well and the customer is happy”.
The units on order are YSX45E models, which together with the YSX40E machines, are the most used spreaders in automated terminals around the world.
