APMT Barcelona set to receive 29 Konecranes straddle carriers
Konecranes has started to deliver a fleet of 29 diesel-electric Noell straddle carriers, all equipped with the Noell twin-lift spreader, to APM Terminals (APMT) Barcelona.
The first batch of 16 machines were ready for acceptance in June 2019 and the second batch is expected to be ready in October 2019.
Peter Kania, head of straddle carrier sales at Konecranes Port Cranes, said: “APMT is a major global operator of container terminals and I’m very pleased that APMT has granted us this order.
