PSA Thailand and SCG Logistics launch joint venture
PSA Thailand and SCG Logistics are investing in the development and operation of the Thai Prosperity Terminal and rebranding it Thai Connectivity Terminal (TCT) as part of an agreement which involves the setting up of a joint venture company called SCG-PSA Holdings.
The company will serve as a springboard for potential joint exploration and investment in supply chain related opportunities across the region, with a major focus on Thailand.
Situated along the Chao Phraya River in close proximity to Bangkok’s city centre and industrial estates, TCT is a river terminal that directly serves the hinterland in and around the capital city.
