Kuenz delivers crane with lifting cantilever to the Netherlands
Kuenz has delivered a rail-mounted container crane, equipped with a cantilever lifting system, to CTVrede Steinweg B.V be utilised at its Hoogtij terminal in Zaandam, the Netherlands.
The barge crane’s cantilever lifting system will allow the biggest vessels to travel underneath it without risk of collision when the cantilever is lifted into the upper position.
Set to begin operations in September 2019, the crane has a track gauge of 48 m and two cantilevers of 18 m each.
