Gaussin Manugistique and Singapore Technologies Engineering Land Systems (STELS) will bid together for the second lot of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) for the Tuas Mega Port Project, which will be the largest port AGV call for tenders in history.
The calls for tenders concerning the second lot of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) is planned for 2020 and will allow Gaussin and STELS to bid together for an additional quantity of 200-300 AGV Performance.
The future port, created from the consolidation of the existing ports of Keppel, Tanjong Pagar and Pasir Panjang, will provide Singapore with port infrastructure that will double its capacity to 65m teu.
