HPH Trust appoints new independent non-executive director
Hutchison Port Holdings Trust (HPH Trust) has appointed Dr. Fong Chi Wai Alex as independent non-executive director.
Fong replaces Kevin Anthony Westley, who retired from the board on February 11, 2020.
Canning Fok, chairman of the board, said: “We are pleased to welcome Dr. Fong to the board, who brings with him rich experiences in the transport and logistics industry.
