The Spanish government has reduced port rates as part of its measures of economic support to companies within the port sector during the COVID-19 outbreak.
The reductions, included in a document prepared by state ports, have been predicted for several weeks.
Aurelio Martínez, president of Valencia Port Authority (PAV) commented on the measures and rate reductions approved by the council of ministers by royal decree.
