Yizheng Port orders four medium and heavy forklifts from Kalmar

Kalmar has received an order for four forklifts from Yizheng Port, a provider of goods warehousing services, which is about to commence a new port project.

The order comprises two Essential models with a lifting capacity of 16 tonnes and two heavy forklifts with a lifting capacity of 25 tonnes. The machines will be used to handle bulk goods such as steel coils at Yizheng’s bulk cargo terminal.

The operator has cited a desire to meet safety standards and environmental regulations as a reason for the purchase.
