Call for interested parties to lease area at Szczecin port
The Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority (SSSA) has invited parties to express their interest in the lease of the Westpomeranian Logistics Centre (WLC) in Szczecin port, Poland.
The 9.4 ha plot, which has the potential to be used for services, logistics, distribution and production, can be leased as a whole or separately starting from two ha.
Located in the central point of Szczecin, the WLC benefits from the nearby Duty Free Zone, railway tracks and direct entry to and exit from the port area to the exit road from Szczecin.
