Hammar releases new crane extensions for sideloaders

Hammar has released the next-generation version of its crane extensions for sideloaders, enabling a longer reach and a higher safe working load (SWL) of 15 tonnes at maximum reach.

The new crane extensions can stack containers in the second row weighing up to 17 tonnes and are available for all Hammar chassis models.

The previous iteration, named the MegaReach, was released in 2013 and enabled an SWL of 5.5 tonnes at maximum reach, therefore leading it to be almost exclusively used for handling empty containers.
