APMT Bahrain appoints new managing director

Maureen Bannerman has been appointed managing director of APM Terminals (APMT) Bahrain and will succeed Susan Hunter when she leaves the position at the end of April 2021.

Bannerman, who will assume the role in early April, has joined APMT from Dubai Airports where she held the position of vice president, commercial, since 2016.

At Dubai Airpots she was directly responsible for the commercial vision and strategy of the world’s busiest airport and, prior to that, Bannerman held executive positions in Secro Dubai Metro – the company that manages Dubai’s metro and tram systems.
