Awake.AI partners with ports of Valencia and Livorno to optimise truck turnaround times
Software company Awake.AI is developing predictive models to optimise truck turnaround times at the ports of Valencia and Livorno as part of the EU-funded iNGENIOUS project, which aims to harness emerging supply chain technologies.
Awake.AI will use its Awake platform to allow truck traffic information visualisation within the ports and to enable data sharing for truck locations, congestion predictions, and recommended schedules.
The models utilise port area and vehicle tracking sensors, port community systems data and vessel automatic identification system data.
