APMT commences second phase to increase capacity at MedPort Tangier facility

APM Terminals (APMT) Medport Tangier has kicked off phase two of development which will add an extra 1m teu capacity.

Phase two will add 400 m to the existing 1,200 m-long quay that was developed during phase one to support the continued development of the terminal by bringing its total quay length to 1,600 m.

This will increase the capacity and help move APMT MedPort Tangier toward its previously announced overall capacity of 5m teu.
