Cargotec and Konecranes unveil operating model and leadership team for merged company

Cargotec and Konecranes have announced the planned operating model and leadership team for their future company, with the merger expected to take place by the end of the first half of 2022.

Aiming to be offer a customer-centric model, the company will consist of four independent businesses each serving one clear customer segment: industrial, maritime, ports and roads.

The Finnish companies hope this model will ensure decision-making close to the customer by fully empowered, agile businesses.
