CMA CGM acquires most of Ingram Micro’s commerce and lifestyle activities

CMA CGM has acquired most of US-based Ingram Micro’s Commerce & Lifecycle Service activities (CLS) to accelerate the Group’s supply chain capabilities in contract logistics.

The transaction includes Ingram Micro’s Shipware, a cloud-based logistics technology platform, and technology forward logistics businesses in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
