Congo Terminal expands its storage area by 3.5 ha
Bolloré Ports’ subsidiary Congo Terminal has completed extension works of the yard surface area of dock D, increasing the facility’s storage area by 3.5 ha to support additional container volumes.
Located at the Port of Pointe-Noire, Congo Terminal saw a record year throughput-wise in 2021 as it finished with more than 1m teu handled.
Anthony Samzun, managing director of Congo Terminal, said: “Through this new investment, we are continuing to boost the competitiveness of Congo’s economy and step-up impulse trade in the region.
