Terminaux de Normandie has ordered 12 diesel-electric straddle carriers from Kalmar for use at both Terminal Normandie MSC and Terminal Porte Océane located at the Port of Le Havre.
The facilities as part of the Terminal Investment Limited portfolio, are MSC’s and 2M’s principal French gateway terminals with barge and rail intermodal connectivity to the European market.
Terminal Porte Océane features Le Havre’s largest ship-to-shore (STS) cranes and is capable of handling ultra large container vessels, offering an annual capacity of 550,000 teu.
