Eurogate Intermodal’s (EGIM) Hungarian subsidiary has signed a cooperation agreement with East-West Intermodal Logistics, the investor for East-West Gate (EWG) terminal, to connect EWG in Fényeslitke with its rail network.
Eurogate Rail Hungary (ERH) will offer connections to Fényeslitke as a non-stop block train service from destinations in Germany (Hamburg, Duisburg and Munich), Austria (Vienna), Hungary (Budapest) and Romania (Arad).
Under the terms of the agreement, ERH customers will be able to use EWG’s transhipment and storage services.
