Timor Port has officially started its activities at Tibar Bay with the arrival of the vessels Seletan Damai and Meratus Permatangsiantar, owned by Mariana Express Lines (MELL) and Meratus respectively.
Representing Timor-Leste’s first public-private partnership, it has taken four years to transform the greenfield site into Timor Port.
