AD Ports Group acquires integrated logistics platform Noatum

AD Ports Group has acquired Noatum, a global integrated logistics platform with a presence in 26 countries, at a total purchase consideration of AED2.5bn (US$680m).

The acquisition significantly broadens AD Ports Group’s global footprint and positions it among the leading and logistics and freight forwarding companies in the world.
