The Port of Duisburg has appointed Lars Nennhaus as the third member of its executive board, with a particular focus on port and rail operations, and construction and facility management.
The qualified industrial engineer succeeds Prof Thomas Schlipköther, who left the Port Executive Board at the end of 2022 when he reached retirement age.
Nennhaus, who started his career at the Port of Hamburg, already worked for duisport from 2011 to 2018 as managing director of port and logistics development.
