HHLA and COSCO closer to finalising agreement for CTT investment
Hamburg Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) and COSCO Shipping Ports Ltd (CSPL) have begun to close in on finalising the agreement for an investment in Container Terminal Tollerort (CTT).
As part of the process CSPL published a mandatory announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 6, 2023.
Commenting on this, a HHLA spokesperson said: “We can confirm that in objective, constructive talks between HHLA, CSPL and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, it has been possible to agree on concrete condition’s for CSPL’s participation in HHLA CTT.
