AD Ports Group signs major maritime and port framework agreements with Angolian organisations

AD Ports Group has entered into a framework agreement with the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Angola to begin collaboration on the development of maritime services and infrastructure across the country.

The UAE-based Group also agreed to form a joint venture with UNICARGAS which will see it modernise, manage and operate UNICARGAS’s logistics business and its terminal at the Port of Luanda.

Capt. Mohammed Juma Al Shamisi, managing director and group CEO of AD Ports Group, said: “Our collaboration with the Republic of Angola demonstrates AD Ports Group’s commitment to supported the UAE’s strong and evolving relationship with Angiola in line with the directions of our wise leadership.
