APM Terminals Gothenburg introduces priority passage and handling for electric trucks
APM Terminals (APMT) is introducing priority passage and handling for electric trucks at the Port of Gothenburg from the start of March.
The initiative will favour haulage firms that have already started to convert their vehicle fleets, while at the same time giving an additional incentive to those considering investing in electrification.
Electric trucks will be fast-tracked through the container terminal’s gate 4 via a reserved lane, while also enjoying priority handling within the terminal area.
