Overall container volumes handled by Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) increased 5% year-on-year to approximately 8.6m teu in FY2023.
The Port of Mundra handled around 6.6m teu alone during this period and continues to be India’s largest seaport with around 155m metric tonnes of cargo handled during the financial year.
Karan Adani, CEO and whole time director of APSEZ, said: “The APSEZ’s flagship port, Mundra, is outpacing all its closest rivals and continues to be the largest port in the nation in terms of volumes handled.
