CMA CGM enters into exclusive negotiations to acquire Bolloré’s logistics activities
The CMA CGM Group has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire the transportation and logistics activities held through Bolloré Logistics.
A statement from Bolloré claimed that the offer was “spontaneous” and that preliminary discussions will take place to evaluate the project.
The company added that the joining of Bolloré Logistics and CEVA Logistics, a CMA CGM subsidiary, would pursue Bolloré’s objectives of delivering tailor-made, competitive, agile and innovative solutions.
