Inform to help optimise operations throughout PSA’s Europa Terminal upgrade

Inform will deliver its Integrated Terminal Schedular (ITS) to PSA Belgium’s Europa Terminal to help optimise the move schedules for its quay cranes, straddle carriers and automated stacking cranes (ASCs) during the transition phases of the terminal’s upgrade.

Throughout the refurbishment one third of the terminal will be out of service which, while necessary, will make organising the yard more challenging due to the reduced space.

Inform’s software will help to optimise moves on the yard during the upgrade, which PSA and the Port of Antwerp-Bruges embarked upon in November 2022.
