Following two years marked by downturns in traffic due to the disruption of international supply chains and the COVID-19 pandemic, the Port of Montreal’s saw an increase in cargo volumes across all sectors in 2022.
Container throughput rose slightly by 1.2% year-on-year to more than 1.7m teu and 14.4m tonnes handled.
