Terberg was chosen by Yilport to provide 23 new terminal tractors for its terminals in Portugal, Italy and Turkey, based upon the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and quality.
The terminal operator claimed that due to their low fuel consumption, quality and reliability Terberg units proved to have the lowest TCO in comparison to several other suppliers.
Raymond Hohle, Yilport’s chief technical officer, said: “Although the initial cost was higher, the break-even port was reached after just a year and a half.
