AD Ports Group completes acquisition of Noatum Logistics

AD Ports has completed its acquisition of integrated logistics services provider Noatum following approvals from all relevant regulatory bodies.

Having attained regulatory clearance from the European Commission earlier this year, AD Ports Group received the final approval from Spanish authorities in July 2023.

Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, managing director and group CEO of AD Ports Group, said: “We are delighted to have obtained regulatory approval for the acquisition, and on behalf of the AD Ports Group, I would like to welcome Noatum and its entire team to our extended corporate family.”
