The Costa Rican Government and APM Terminals (APMT) Moin have inaugurated two new scanners, aiming to provide better security for containers leaving the terminal to international markets.
The terminal already had one scanner installed since 2020 and the two new devices will help the government to prevent illegal cargo and container contamination.
This investment, made by APMT, will be implemented and operated by the Costa Rican authorities in an effort to provide greater security for the country’s exports.
